What people mention
worst experience ever. i’ve booked the place since 12th July, got the confirmation of the owner 3 times (i have proof on whatsapp), when the day came, he told me that everything was booked. i had 6 children and no where to go. He didn’t even apologise and his behaviour was worst than u can ever imagine. very very very disappointed. i will be sharing my review on all platforms so this won’t happen to others.
It was a nice hotel quite clean with a good value for money, even tho it was a little hard to find with few remarks but overall an enjoyable experience.
Helpful staff and a very comfortable riad!
This place is more like a riad instead of a hotel. It's super clean. The owner goes above and beyond helping me to call CTM bus station as I try to find out if there was bus tickets going to chefchouen for the next day since I don't speak their language. The free breakfast for the price paid is no kidding a very delicious and fulfilling one. The riad is in a small alley of the old Medina but 1 minute away from Medina's police station, which is really safe. Walking distance to Odaya's. The only thing is, the bathroom and shower are shared but I have no problem with that.
The worst service we ever had , The room is clean , Unfortunalety the price-quality ration could have been good !
Although the bathrooms are shared, everything is spotlessly clean. The 35 dirham breakfast is more than generous, and the hotel sometimes offers Moroccan soup in the evening. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and the location is truly lovely and well-situated. I highly recommend it.
Definitely NOT worth the money!!! The shower was completely outdated and filthy. The water was cold. Breakfast consisted entirely of store-bought items and was basically just sugar. Thirteen people shared one toilet and one shower on one floor. This wouldn't be so bad if it were cleaned regularly, which it wasn't. (And consider the price!!) The owner was extremely disrespectful. We've been traveling through Morocco with a baby for weeks, and no one has ever asked for money for the baby, but he did. He argued about it at length, raised his voice, and wouldn't let us finish speaking. In the end, he sulkily left us to decide whether or not to pay for the baby. The female staff members were very, very nice, gave us a friendly welcome, and offered us tea!
The check-in and check-out experience was terrible. The staff at the riad were disrespectful to the family, and the owner was uncooperative. There were no towels, washcloths, or tissues provided in the rooms and bathrooms. One of the staff members, named Khawla, insulted our mother when she asked for sweets, saying in a very clear voice, "You haven't tasted it yet!" Furthermore, the room for infants was not properly equipped, and the staff deliberately made a disturbance during the family's rest period.
