I was always happy with the gynaecologist during my previous visits. She was friendly, approachable, and I had a very positive impression of her. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the practice was less positive. To claim reimbursement from my insurance company, I needed a medical report stating my name, the date of treatment, and a description of the treatment provided. I contacted the reception staff several times about this. Initially, I was told that I did not need such a report. I was then sent a document that did not meet my insurance company's requirements. Despite further attempts to contact the practice, I eventually stopped receiving any responses. As a result, I was unable to submit the required documentation to my insurance company and claim reimbursement. I found this very disappointing, especially because I had always been satisfied with the gynaecologist herself. I would have appreciated more reliable communication and better support with this administrative matter.

A remarkable gynecologist in Marrakech Dr. Sawsane followed my wife throughout her pregnancy, and we highly recommend her. She is competent, gentle, and incredibly patient. She takes the time to listen, explains each step clearly, and gives her patients all the attention they need. We felt completely reassured and well supported from beginning to end. Best gynecologist. Very consistant and strict supervising my sister’s pregnancy along the way. This morning she did my sister’s bartholin’s cyst removal. She was very kind, emotionally supportive and professional as well. The surgery did not even take an hour and she made sure she was well taken care of. I totally recommend.
