The worst doctor ever. He prescribed medications for my intestines and antidepressants, and I'm completely out of it. I feel like my head is spinning, I don't understand anything, and I'm not following any instructions.

Excellent doctor. He is an exceptional professional, combining sharp medical expertise with attentive listening and reassuring humanity, making him, without a doubt, the best specialist I have ever consulted; but unfortunately, the appointment system at this practice reflects a clear lack of management, as well as the rudeness and inconsiderateness of the staff who handle the phone calls in the mornings. There is no organized telephone booking system, but rather a chaotic process that requires patients to arrive at the crack of dawn to register and wait for hours, thus wasting their time and dignity. This practice uses an outdated and inhumane method for scheduling appointments. No appointments are accepted by phone; patients are forced to jostle and arrive early to get a number. The appointment system at this practice is a glaring example of administrative deficiency. They follow a random methodology which requires the patient to come very early to guarantee a place on the waiting list for an appointment from 7pm until midnight.
