I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. When you position yourself as a brand selling premium and innovative products the expectation is that the customer experience is flawless from start to finish. Unfortunately, you were far from there. I spent the day coordinating a gift order from abroad and carefully crafting a message to accompany the gift However at the most important moment THE DELIVERY the experience completely fell aprt. The card sent was full of mistakes, poorly handwritten looking unprofessional and careless which ruined the expectations. When i reached out I was simply told that the item was already sent. To make things worse, when i expressed my frustration on their instagram i was told "It's Just a greeting card". It's not "just" a detail when you are claiming a premium brand and products and service. The response reflects a complete lack of understanding the customer then my comment was deleted. LOL Poor and unprofessional team and service! Work on that and aknowledge that you need improvement.

Stunning chocolates and the staff are so friendly!! Must try it as it’s only a 15 minute walk from the beach

I recently ordered chocolate-covered strawberries through the Glovo app, but I received completely different fruits. When I called the company to report this, the seller was rude and informed me that it’s not strawberry season. When I asked why they don’t inform customers about this in advance or update the photos on Glovo, they simply said they don’t want to and that all their clients know it’s not strawberry season, even though I am a regular customer. I will not be returning and do not recommend this company to others.

Best chocolate quality and amazing costumers service, I strongly recommend to everyone who want to surprise someone with such amazing gift. It’s just magnificent you won’t regret it. Thanks Divinshka
