It's the first time I've encountered such a high-quality service team in a bakery in Meknes. Such professionalism, such smiles, such a lovely atmosphere among the staff! It's a nicely decorated pastry shop and bakery, but the selection is very average.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service. I wanted to place a large order with this pastry shop in Morocco for a wedding, with international shipping, but the customer service was a disaster. Despite my calls and attempts to place the order, the salesperson responded rudely and disrespectfully, with no intention of finding a solution. He ended up hanging up on me, simply saying, "We don't sell," without even saying goodbye. Such poor customer service is completely unacceptable.
