An excellent pediatrician, she treats children with respect and kindness. She explains the condition clearly and gives ample time to answer all questions. A very comfortable experience; I highly recommend her.

I am extremely disappointed by the organization and especially the lack of empathy. I waited for over two hours with my little girl, who had a fever of 39.5°C (103.3°F), and then someone else was seen before me, even though they had just arrived. When I asked for an explanation, the response I received was very cold and disrespectful. A mother with a sick child needs to be listened to and treated with compassion. And a special message to the receptionist: I will never forget the way you spoke to me. Making a little girl with a fever of 39.5°C (103.3°F) wait for hours is already difficult, but your complete lack of empathy and disrespectful tone were even worse. In this profession, humanity and respect should come first.

Excellent pediatrician, very attentive and competent. I highly recommend her.
