Fantastic experience! I had a truly wonderful time at this beauty salon. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, friendly, and very professional—you immediately felt welcome. The hammam was spotless, everything was perfect. I'm so grateful to Hanane for the soaping and exfoliation. I had a facial, manicure, pedicure, and nail polish application with Samah, and I'm very happy with her. (May God bless her!) ❤️

A rather disappointing experience. Contrary to what I was clearly told over the phone, where the hammam session was supposed to last an hour, it only lasted 30 minutes. The treatment was rushed and completely mechanical. During the soaping, there was no massage whatsoever, just a quick application of soap, whereas in a hammam spa worthy of the name and price, a minimum of care and relaxation is expected. There's nothing to criticize about the scrubber's technique, but the rushed service completely negates any sense of well-being and doesn't justify a service presented as a hammam spa. The appointment had been rescheduled, which I accepted without any problem. However, when I pointed out that the advertised hammam time hadn't been respected, the attitude at reception—with an almost mocking smile—was particularly inappropriate.

It's always a pleasure to be pampered at Villa La Siesta! I recommend it 200%! The staff are truly attentive.
