I'm absolutely thrilled with my service! 😍 I had highlights and a toner done, and the result is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. The work was meticulous and professional; I'm not disappointed at all, quite the opposite. I highly recommend this hairdresser for the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their kindness. Hello, I wanted to express my deep disappointment with my haircut. I clearly showed you the style I wanted on my phone, but the result is nothing like the photo. You cut my hair much too short, and honestly, I think the cut is a complete disaster and very unflattering. I sincerely regret having my hair cut. I left your salon very disappointed and feeling like I hadn't been listened to. For the price of the haircut 😣, I really expected a result much closer to what I had asked for. I wanted to tell you frankly because this haircut has disappointed me enormously, and I truly regret trusting you.
