A very neat welcome upon arrival yet quite late in the evening and Azzedine nevertheless offered us dinner. Excellent cuisine! Just like the breakfast. A magnificent riad full of charm and in a great location. And what to say about the service of the hosts, who in addition to the place put us perfectly at ease and always good advice for the visits in the city. Thank you Nazira, Azzedine, and Redouane, we will return for sure!

Me and my partner recently stayed in the Riad Jardin des Sens spa. I cannot rate this Riad highly enough, it is absolutely magnificent. From the moment we stepped in the door we received a warm welcome from every member of staff we met. The level of service was outstanding. We were made to feel especially welcome by Mouhammad on our arrival. After completing our arrival forms, we were given a tour of the hotel and shown to our room. Shortly thereafter, we sat down to an evening meal, which I can only describe as a feast fit for a king or queen. The evening meal was delicious, as were all the breakfasts. In the morning, the housekeeping manager Nesira visited us to check whether we had slept well and were enjoying our stay, which I think was a lovely and personable touch. Overall, the housekeeping team are very diligent and the rooms are immaculate. You can tell they take great pride in their work, as does every member of the team who works for the Riad. They collectively have created a very unique and special environment for their guests. A special thank you to Said and Redouan also, who were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Lastly, if you are visiting the Riad, you must book in for a spa treatment, both the Hammam and the massage. Me and my partner were delighted with the excellent service we received and we absolutely loved the Hammam experience and the spa treatment. We look forward to visiting again.

From the location to the authentic decor, this is the perfect riad in Marrakech. However, the most amazing are the staff. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was ever too much. This is what relaxation is about. Reception staff, the hammam and massage experts, housekeeping and the guys (special shout out to Booba and colleagues) who took care of all our meals and drinks. Our best holiday in a long time and I can't recommend both Marrakech and especially this hotel high enough. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend this Riad located in the Medina in Marrakech. The staff are all so welcoming and kind, the rooms and common areas are clean and lovely decorated. The roof terraces are amazing and the food is the best we have had so far in the city. The Hammam and the massage are equally great and a must do when staying at this Riad. We will come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Riad! The staff were incredible, they made the experience! It was a relaxing haven, centrally located, and a great value. The dinner we had was delicious and breakfasts were very nice! The room was comfortable and well kept and the rooftop was a nice place to enjoy some delicious Moroccan tea. I would recommend this place to a friend and would 100% stay here again if I come back to Marrakech.

I didn’t stay at this place, but i may in the future. I canceled my reservation more than a week before arrival because i had heart attack and couldn’t travel. They charged me about 2 weeks prior to arrival, which was supposed to be non-refundable. It took me a while to reach them, but i finally got a hold of them and they were kind enough to give me a full refund. (Don’t have it yet, but should be “the way.”) This was a substantial amount and they were under no obligation to do so. It was in line, however, with other hotels in Morocco. Everyone has been kind. I couldn’t go this year, but will hopefully go next year and will stay in places that were accommodating to my medical emergency this year.

My wife and I traveled to Fes and stayed in this beautiful riad for our honeymoon. The staff took great care of us and we always look forward to going back to relax after a long day outside exploring Fes. Our room was perfect, it was quiet and had direct access to their big indoor pool! I highly recommend their in-house hammam and spa/massage services — one of the best massages I had in years!

Wonderful place. Sam, Sophie and team could not have done more to help and genuinely 'host' their guests. The place is beautiful and the activities/food of offer make a great option for when the Medina gets too much. Location is perfect and facilities exceptional. Get breakfast in the riad and make sure to have a drink on the roof terrace. Thanks guys
