Riad Dar Kawa

Dar Kawa is utterly wonderful. A tranquil and beautiful place to stay in the heart of town. The service is excellent -- from collecting us and our bags, giving us loads of insider tips (including a great map everything marked), and taking great care of us on our first visit. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Valarie's beautiful furnishings are gorgeous. And the food was amazing too. A great place to relax in the courtyard or the roof terrace and really well located for everything! Thanks so much Valerie and team for a very special stay.

Riad Dar Kawa is an amazingly designed place, giving the traditional Riad style an Contemporary aesthetic, without making it ordinary modern. The location is perfectly hidden, making the Riad an oasis within the busy streets of the heart of the Medina. We staid two nights at this wonderful gem and have especially to point out the extraordinary friendly and wonderful hospitality we experienced by the Staff. Thank you very much Dar Kawa, we really enjoyed it.

Lovely Riad. Simple yet elegant. Best meal in Medina was here upon arrival. Abdelhamdi is your host, very sweet and very caring. He's the highlight of your stay. Also, lovely rooftop breakfast. Highly recommend this Riad for those who love great service, food and low key but tasteful styling.

We had a very nice time at Dar Kawa ! A SUPER riad right in the hart of the medina from Marrakesch, with a remarkable and special staff managed by an inspiring lady , who is Valerie ! We keep a very warm memory !

Peaceful and quiet place with great stuffs. Stuffs working for this hotel were full of hospitality. Breakfast was great. Dinner was also great with traditional moroccan dishes. I highly recomend to stay more than two nights. You can enjoy super relax time.

We spent four days at Dar Kawa for the 154 African Contemporary Art Fair. We had seen the package Celine offered on the blog, and we had an excellent stay in every way. The riad is truly beautiful, the breakfasts and evening meals were excellent, the staff impeccable, and the organization for the fair, the art galleries, the foundations, and the artist studio visits was really interesting. We made some wonderful connections through Valerie and Celine; it was a real pleasure to share these moments with such lovely people. A truly exceptional stay! Thank you to the whole team! Maritxu

Back at Dar Kawa for the fourth time and I'm still just as delighted! It's a peaceful and serene place where you love to unwind after the hustle and bustle of the souks. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming! It's such a beautiful riad with perfect decor and aesthetic details everywhere, where every detail is carefully considered and contributes to well-being and relaxation. All of this creates a warm and relaxing environment. I highly recommend it, without hesitation; I love this place! I can't wait for my next trip and to come back again; I'm a fan!
