Frankly, I'm not at all satisfied with the service. The protein straightening treatment completely damaged my hair; it's been falling out terribly ever since. The technique was unprofessional. The product wasn't even applied properly to the roots, and the treatment wasn't done strand by strand as it should be. Furthermore, this isn't the first time I've had a protein straightening treatment, and this time the result is nothing like what I usually get. Finally, the price quoted initially isn't the price they ask you to pay at the end: once you arrive, they demand an extra charge for a service that, on top of everything else, is incomplete.
