Dangerous to avoid ⚠️⚠️⚠️ extremely disappointing! The level of professionalism was far below acceptable standards. There were serious medical mistakes made during my treatment, which negatively impacted my health and required additional care to address the consequences. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected competent care and responsible follow-up, but instead experienced negligence and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking safe and professional medical treatment.⚠️⚠️

sorry does people are angels,spent 15 days over there feelt like king, was treated as king , no no those people overreached the level of some european hostpital they realy feel you . are ready to jump for you any time .love the stuff mouaaf thank you bezzaf bezzaf. love you all.Shokran ,Really even miss the day spent there. Dr. Aboufirass was perfect. He took great care of my mom. She had a panic attack but after 20 minutes she was relaxed. Thank you so much.

My husband came here for an emergency that ended up being appendicitis. Even though we showed up at 11pm, the staff immediately jumped into action to make sure he was comfortable, gave us a huge private room with a private bathroom and even went so far as to give me a warm blanket so I could sleep comfortably on the couch in his room. The radiologist, emergency doctors, anesthesiologist, and surgeon were efficient and professional. They took him into surgery quickly and let me know that everything went fine. We spent a total of three nights here and all but one nurse were so nice and patient, which was greatly appreciated especially given the language barrier. They were nice enough to bring me coffee every morning and two meals a day even when my husband wasn’t allowed to eat. The nurses came quickly when called, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the location is super central in case you need to buy anything. Both rooms we stayed in had tv with maybe 24 channels, a bed, a huge comfy couch, coffee table, and a window with a nice view of a garden. All of the receptionists were so helpful, the security guard was super kind and everyone took good care of us. A handful of staff spoke English which was awesome as well! The quality of care was good, the prices were very good and we are overall pleased with this experience (all things considered) and are so thankful for everyone at the Clinic.
