Pharmacie Napoli

I was very satisfied with my experience at Pharmacie Napoli in Rabat. The welcome was warm, the staff professional, attentive, and always available to offer helpful advice. The service was quick and efficient, with great attention paid to customer needs. A trustworthy pharmacy that I highly recommend for its excellent service and professionalism.

Outrageous experience. This pharmacy sold me a product for 187 DH when its price is usually between 124 and 132 DH elsewhere. After noticing this exorbitant price difference, I returned less than 15 minutes after my purchase to request a return. They categorically refused, showing absolutely no consideration for the customer. Taking advantage of customers' trust to charge such high prices is already highly questionable. Then refusing any solution after the product had just been purchased demonstrates a complete lack of business acumen and respect for the customer. I strongly advise against this pharmacy. Compare prices before buying; it could save you a very unpleasant surprise.

It's not right to lie, madam, especially when it's blatant... Saying not to make products with charts when they're clearly visible in the counter window... Madam accepted valid prescriptions; the register that was open, as far as I know, is proof of traceability. In short, as I politely told you: machi mouchkil o nhare Mabrouk

As selam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatehu. I can confirm the persons were very helpful and actually taking time to help us out. I don’t understand the bad reviews. grettings from germany.
