Pharmacie Benhaddou

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the behavior of the staff at this pharmacy. Last night (August 25, 2026), I went in to ask for advice about my 7-year-old brother, who had suffered poisoning after drinking contaminated seawater and chlorinated pool water. When I tried to explain the situation so we could receive proper help, the employee (a slightly overweight man) was unacceptably vulgar and indifferent, even going so far as to tell me, "I don't care, just say where it hurts." Such a lack of professionalism and empathy in a healthcare establishment is unacceptable. To make matters worse, he tried to sell me more than four medications for a young child, clearly prioritizing sales figures over the patient's well-being. You don't go to a pharmacy like you go to a grocery store: the health of a 7-year-old child requires informed advice, attentive listening, and respect, not a purely commercial approach. A deplorable experience.

I went there a while ago to buy saline solution for my baby. A simple thing, but it turned out to be more complicated than expected. There are a lot of people behind the counter, and you never know who to ask: it feels more like a supermarket than a pharmacy, with no real interaction with a professional. I was immediately offered the most expensive product, without being shown the other options. I had to explicitly ask to be able to compare and choose what suited me best. Clearly, my request wasn't appreciated. It's a shame, because the location is good, and the 24/7 opening hours are very convenient. But what I expect from a pharmacy is advice and transparency about the available options.
