I had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. I arrived feeling shaken and a little lost, and I was greeted with great kindness and understanding from the moment I arrived. The pharmacist who helped me truly made a difference. She took the time to listen to me calmly, without rushing me, and reassured me with great professionalism and compassion. Her explanations were simple, clear, and tailored to my situation, which allowed me to regain confidence and feel much more at ease. Thanks to her, I left feeling relieved and well-informed. A big thank you for her attentive listening, patience, and the quality of her advice. I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation.

A very negative experience. The staff spent their time discussing personal matters with one customer, leaving others waiting for a long time without any consideration. After an excessive wait, I had to intervene myself to be seen, and the reception was particularly unpleasant and disrespectful. Rubbish attitude, a complete lack of professionalism, and no priority given to customers. Lots of talk, but no sense of service or efficiency. Refusing to take blood pressure under the pretext of being an on-call pharmacy, after making customers wait like this, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this pharmacy.
