A very disappointing experience. The woman in charge of the night shift at this pharmacy was disrespectful and unprofessional. She didn't listen to customers or treat them well. I won't be going back to this pharmacy, even if it's nearby, and I'd rather go to one further away.

I am truly disappointed by some of the service at this pharmacy. I want to clarify that my review specifically concerns one employee (a woman), and not the rest of the team. Indeed, the male staff are professional, respectful, and attentive, which generally makes the experience pleasant. However, this employee's behavior is completely different and problematic. As someone who works in the medical field, I find this lack of professionalism unacceptable: poor communication with customers, disrespect, and especially difficulty reading or understanding prescriptions. She even sometimes gives incorrect information or claims that a medication doesn't exist simply because she doesn't recognize its name. In a field as sensitive as healthcare, this type of behavior can have serious consequences. The very least she could do is check, ask for help, or do some research before answering customers' questions. I sincerely hope that management will take this problem seriously and implement improvements, whether in terms of training or customer service. Today, there are several pharmacies in the residence offering quality service. If the situation doesn't improve, many customers are likely to turn to these alternatives. Improvement is necessary to move this pharmacy forward and maintain customer trust. At this point, it's no longer just a service issue, but a real risk to patient safety. It is urgent to act before the pharmacy's reputation is seriously damaged.
