Les Bains de l'Alhambra Marrakech

I had a lovely spa and hammam experience overall. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. The massage was excellent, and the spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully presented. I was hoping for more of a traditional hammam experience. The hammam part felt quite short, and I would have loved more time dedicated to the cleansing and exfoliation. If there had been more hammam included, it would have made the experience even better. Overall, I still really enjoyed my visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa treatment.

What a wonderful experience! The spa is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. Samira was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire treatment. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and took great care of me. The treatment was relaxing, enjoyable, and very well done. I also want to mention that all the ladies at the spa were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism really made the experience even more special. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the experience was truly worth it. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing hammam experience in Marrakech. A big thank you to Samira and the whole team for such a lovely experience! I will definitely come back. ❤️

My sister and I have been here before...in 2024. We went back because it had been so good, although we were worried it might have gone downhill. Alas, it was even better! We were washed by Samina and Zahira (and this was head to toe), which felt like multiple layers of dead skin lifted :-) This was followed by feet massage and other treats before the firm/full body massage by Haman and Salimu. I really can't praise the team enough! Ps; How can I forget Amina who welcomed us so warmly.

The first 2 times coming here was okay and got worse each time! This 3rd time was the final time and never again will I give well below mediocre service. The Hammam bath was lukewarm water and it’s supposed to be a relaxing evening but how can you relax with staff women keckling like hens in a yard and the day care going on with children playing in the hallways. No way should loud mouths and children playing constantly and continuously while you’re supposed to be relaxing!!! The foot massage was rushed, as well as the weakest massage I’ve ever had in my life!!! I told the ladies upfront that I wanted my massage deeper and she said just let the girl know upstairs! After several times telling her that I want a deeper massage she still didn’t understand what I was saying along with a beginner massage therapist with absolutely no massage experience! This issue is supposed to be discussed and directed from the manager and not myself. We had another couple with us and he said the same thing happened to him in their massage room as well! So that 4 unhappy people about their experience here. For 1600 MAD a couple, I definitely will be finding a new Hammam bath that takes care of their clients!

Wow! What a perfect midday spa escape. The hammam itself is absolutely gorgeous, creating a relaxing and authentic atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Khadija was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional throughout my treatment. I enjoyed a traditional soap and scrub experience followed by a facial, and every step was both relaxing and rejuvenating. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The spa was able to accommodate a same-day booking with plenty of availability, making it an easy and worthwhile addition to my day. The quality of service, beautiful setting, and affordable pricing made this an exceptional value. Thank you, Khadija, for such a wonderful experience—I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing hammam and spa treatment in Marrakech!
