This beautiful place is located right in the heart of the Medina, and from the very beginning, Mr. Karim made me feel completely safe and cared for. He personally picked me up at the entrance of the Medina so I wouldn’t get lost, and from that moment on, he was there to help with absolutely everything I needed. Whether it was helping me safely get money from an ATM, fixing anything that needed attention, answering questions, accommodating my food preferences and requirements, or simply making sure I felt comfortable, nothing was ever too much trouble. His kindness, flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care are truly exceptional. ❤️ And the beautiful ladies from the kitchen and cleaning are absolute goddesses! ✨ Their sweet energy, exquisite food, emerjan grace, warm smiles, and beautiful vibrations make the whole experience even more special. They take such pride in everything they do, and you can feel the love throughout the entire place. The decoration is stunning, everything is beautifully maintained and impeccably tidy, and honestly, just being taken care of by this wonderful team is worth the stay. I will definitely come back — and next time I want to stay in the superior room, which is absolutely breathtaking. It feels like stepping into a museum, surrounded by beauty, history, and exquisite details.
