The only quality laboratory in Ouarzazate!

I was informed of the presence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. I had the analysis repeated in Marrakech: the result was normal, with no bacteria found. This calls into question the reliability of this laboratory.

I wish to bring to your attention my profound dissatisfaction with the telephone service of your medical analysis laboratory. I believe that the quality of service is crucial to ensuring patient trust and satisfaction, and unfortunately, my recent experience has not met my expectations.
