My experience at this hospital was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Every member of the staff showed a remarkable sense of responsibility and dedication, making me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Soumia El Kadiri, an outstanding physician whose professionalism is matched only by her kindness, humanity, and warm smile. Her reassuring presence turned what could have been a stressful experience into a beautiful and comforting one. As women, we never forget the day we give birth. These precious moments stay with us forever and become part of our story. The memories created during this special time remain in our hearts for a lifetime. I am also sincerely grateful to the entire medical team in the operating room. They did their best to ease my fears, calm my anxiety, and even make me smile during a moment filled with uncertainty. Their compassion meant more than words can express. A special thank you as well to the nurses for their outstanding care and professionalism, and to the housekeeping staff for their kindness, respect, and high standards of service. Thank you to the entire hospital team, and especially to Dr. Soumia El Kadiri. You will always hold a special place in my memory, and one day I will tell my son about the wonderful experience that surrounded the day he came into this world. ❤️

I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There is no difference between this clinic and a government hospital the service is very poor.The nurses were not helpful at all and the reception staff were unwilling to assist or provide any information. They also tried to overcharge me 12,589 DH due to a miscalculation by the secretary.After the surgery the doctor advised her to eat within 2 hours, but the clinic only brought soup after 4 hours despite several attempts to call them also to operate a surgery we have been waiting from 8am til 1430pm for nothing and without any clear information

My mom had a surgery here. The doctor who performed it avoided to send us the full report even though we needed it urgently before starting a treatment. It took us months of pressure and threatening to sue the place before they finally sent us the report which was suspicious. They didn’t seem to care that we were in a critical situation

I highly recommend this clinic. Very clean and the staff are efficient, competent and friendly.
