I called in the morning to make an appointment. The receptionist scheduled me for 2:30 PM, strongly emphasizing the importance of punctuality. I arrived at 2:20 PM (I spent 15 minutes driving around and finally finding a parking spot). I waited until 2:50 PM and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be before the doctor arrived. She told me 10 minutes. I waited until 3:10 PM, and nothing—she still hadn't arrived. Now I have to wait another day to see a different doctor simply because this woman thinks her time is far more valuable than her patients'. I strongly advise against going there… a person with such behavior has absolutely no empathy for patients.
