I wish to express my deepest gratitude to all the medical and paramedical staff at Clinique Al Maghreb for the outstanding quality of care my mother received. She underwent surgery for a rotator cuff tear performed by Professor Idrissi, whose professionalism, thoroughness, and attentiveness to patients inspire great confidence. The procedure and follow-up care were carried out under excellent conditions. I would also like to emphasize the dedication, availability, and kindness of the entire healthcare team, who are always attentive to the comfort and needs of the patients. Furthermore, it is clear that the clinic has recently undergone renovations, contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment. In all honesty, and contrary to some negative reviews I had previously read, my experience was very positive in every respect. I sincerely thank the entire team for their commitment and compassion.

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. The staff lacks professionalism and attentiveness, clearly prioritizing money over patient well-being. The overall conditions are poor, and the billing department is particularly deplorable: the manager is unable to communicate properly and refuses to provide patients with the necessary information. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant, almost twice as high as at other clinics, without any justification for the difference in service quality. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

The only answer you get is '' i don't know '' the worst administration and staff service by far

This clinic doesn't accept credit card payments... it's 2024 and Clinique Maghreb is stuck in the 90s, whether it's the technology, the infrastructure, or the furniture—it's incredibly old. Even the bedspreads are ancient, and of course, there's dust that must date back to the 1940s 😭😭😭 …
