1 star because I cannot give 0, My test was delayed by 1 hour and a half while the doctor was ready, because they cannot manage appointments, And then, when I had to pay, in 2026, they tell me they only accept cash, they do not have a card payment device, and they refuse to give me a bank account number so that I can transfer money via my bank application, and they will refuse to let me go outside to an atm to get the cash!!! And on top of that they added an unjustified 100dh to the bill for no reason!

If I can give no stars I would definitely do that. Bad service the staff is disrespectful and they barley wanna help you. The nurses won’t even care of you are alright or not. They injected some meds without knowing if Im allergic to them or not. The doc didn’t even care now my arm hurts so badly and they told me you have to wait one hour to check with the night shift doctor because there is only one for ER.

First I wish I can give them 0 start ,why?This hospital is death whole seriously they have no respect to the humanity ,if you bring your love one here ,just say goodby to them like you will never ganna see her/him alive , ,say last goodbye before you leave her/his room ,you never know next time you come back for regular visit and be surprised by simply informing you she/he is dead or reanimators are in the room assisting her/his last moments I INSIST AGAIN AND AGAIN ,My mother is 85 years old was not in that critical health condition that needed to go under second surgery ,she was so weak and feeble from the first one but she looked she will be fine going home home and follow her prescription between her Children and her family members ,at least to get herself back for whatever her condition would need to be done then we will bring her back ,my mother 85 years old ,instead they performed the second surgery without any of her chldren consent ,coming excited to visit her as regular ,we got surprised by them saying reanimators are in the room with her and we cant visit her ,mom died under second surgery ,she never made it. Now , why old woman 85 years old have to have two surgeries in five days apart While they know perfectly she is old , incapacitated and fragile woman , they still did it ,my supreme love in this global passed away without saying last goodby ,may Allah take revenge of anyone hurt her by mean,my poor mom ,she always looked like she fear nurses when she see them entering her room but she can't talk she never say anything ,we, her children use to give them money just to treat her softly when changing her or giving her medication at the time we are not around ,I swear,,if only they checked with her children who never left the hospital ,about second surgery ,we would never accept it because she already had hard time to get out from the first one. ALmost one year now and I'm still wondering why all this have to happen to my mother and same thing to others in this clinic ,my whole life had heard so many bad rumors about private clinics and scams so they can end up charging their victim a heavy bill even if that person condition is desperate they still perform surgeries ,what's killing me is that she asked for solid food for more than 10 days previous both surgeries but they never let us do. I can't describe how much I hate this hospital ,if you want to make sure why ,check their reviews and collect all your infos before you leave your love one under the angel of deaths from doctors to nurses to stuffs working on front desk ,all at same level of heartless
