I want to share a very disappointing experience. During his appointment, my father was not treated with the respect and compassion that every patient has the right to expect. We felt that his choice to consult at a clinic other than the one recommended by this doctor influenced the way he was received and cared for. A healthcare professional must remain impartial and place the patient's best interests above all other considerations. This attitude deeply shocked us and damaged our trust. Respect for the patient should be an absolute priority.

The doctor is good, but unfortunately, the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful to patients. Appointments are also completely disregarded; patients are made to wait for extended periods despite having booked appointments. I hope this situation will be addressed, as it negatively impacts the clinic's reputation and the patient experience.

The treatment was zero and showed no respect for the patient. The least one expects from a doctor is respect and good communication.

Usually overcrowded, appointments are not kept.
