I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Belarbi for her professionalism, kindness, and the exceptional quality of her care. She is a passionate doctor who listens attentively to her patients, and it is a true privilege to be treated by her. I would also like to emphasize that her former assistants were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist patients, which made each visit a very pleasant experience. However, I regret to mention that the new assistants unfortunately do not reflect this same spirit. Their attitude lacks professionalism and consideration for patients, which detracts from the overall experience at the practice. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as the quality of the dermatologist's work deserves to be fully supported by a team that reflects her: welcoming, respectful, and professional.

I asked my sister to bring them to you, and I was shocked and very angry when you refused to contact me by phone to explain the next steps in my mother's treatment. This is truly unacceptable.
