Boucherie & Restaurant de Grillade El Mehdi

I was looking for a tagine in this lively part of town. I tried this butcher shop where several tagine dishes were cooking. I chose the meat one, which was excellent and incredibly affordable at 30 dirhams. A great find.

This restaurant and butcher shop offers homemade grilled meats: choose your beef or sardines, and everything is prepared on-site. A variety of salads and Moroccan tea complete the meal. With its spacious and welcoming atmosphere, it's perfect for a family outing or a meal with friends. Simple, friendly, and delicious!

One of the best places in Safi for traditional barbeque. I highly recommend it for both locals and visitors. I especially love the service there, from the owner to the server, they will all treat you good, too bad I didn't take any pictures since I don't like photographing food, but next time I will for the review.
