The restaurant empty and workers talking and didn't come to take my order for long although I called two of them before

The food is amazing. I had the pita falafel and it was really good. The potato’s were also great, but too salty. Service is to be improved, there were many members of staff and I had to wait for more than 15 min to get the menu and my order that I had to leave and get my sandwich to go which also took long to get served. This despite the oasis restaurant was nearly empty, only 4 tables were busy. I would come back as the food is great, however, service need to be quicker, especially between 12 and 15:00.

Batbut is an absolute must-try! The food was delicious, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The portions were generous, so you definitely get great value. The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. A special thank you to Mohammed for the great service—he was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

My favorite restaurant turned to my worst experience in Casablanca. This is what happens when u give a brand to a franchise that doesnt know what its doing! They brought us our order 2 minutes after we ordered (which was weird) and it was literally cold to the touch as if it was sitting for hours. We asked them to rectify and they put it in a microwave and brought it to us saggy as hell like some dog food. Save yourself from losing ur money and time and go to a better restaurant.

Food is really delicious. Amazing atmosphere so clean and cozy! Hamza and achraf are amazing staff. We had such great time. Highly recommended.
