I was excited to spend an afternoon getting pampered with my daughter, but what I found was disappointing. They make you feel like you're begging. And instead of giving you an appointment, they tell you they won't see you and recommend another salon above theirs.

Every single employee is rude and you won’t catch not a second with a smile on their faces, I was told to wait an hour and a half for a manicure while she does a facial on someone and I said okay and waited, after 2 whole hours I asked how much longer and was told it’ll be another hour and a half. It should not take almost 4 hours to get a simple manicure meanwhile the entire shop was empty and I was the only one in line the whole time. They also should’ve informed me of how long it would exactly take instead of allowing me to waste 2 hours of my time sitting around a hot salon. While waiting there was a girl getting her hair done and the lady kept burning her scalp from what I seen and did so many time until the women made a comment about it being too hot, from the looks of it the lady would suffer from hair damage after and scalp burns since she was straightening it straight from the scalp. I would give this a 0 if I could and I’m glad I ended up leaving instead of wasting 300-400dhs on a shitty experience.
