Alymoun : Boulangerie & Pâtisserie

Thank you for your review.

Both the tenant and the landlord have a vested interest in conducting a thorough move-out inspection. Indeed, paying close attention to the accuracy of the information recorded on the move-out report will greatly reduce the risk of conflict between the parties. Furthermore, it is essential to follow basic rules: do not conduct the move-out inspection until the tenant has completely moved all their belongings to their new residence. Sufficient time must be allocated for a comprehensive inspection: schedule the time and date to allow ample time to check each room and each item of equipment.
