29 Jun 2026Unfortunately, the only time I went there, all the staff were on their lunch break at lunchtime 😒 I waited at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, so I went downstairs and when I finally found one of the waiters, he just said, "I was eating." So, the customer isn't a priority at that time, OK. So I left and went to the restaurant next door, "La Grilla" (I've been to this restaurant twice and I'm very happy with it).

29 Jun 2026I went to this coffee shop today and their service was lacking. I ordered two chocolate coffees between 7:30 and 9:10 and still hadn't received my order. I left angry. I hadn't received my order for an hour and a half. Is this service?
