This hotel is an excellent choice for the quality of the service and the price. Quality of service I rate as a 5 ⭐️ stars hotel. All service members treat you with respect, they listen and they help you. All my questions were answered in a very efficient manner that I had been very satisfied with their service. Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel I chose this hotel expecting the level of comfort and service that comes with a five-star rating, but unfortunately my stay was far from that. The room had cockroaches in the closet, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one of this category. My phone charger went missing, and there were no basic amenities like toothpaste or slippers. Overall, the experience felt careless and unhygienic, nothing close to what a 5-star standard should be. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of their rooms.

I was expecting at least a basic level of service and comfort, but unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on multiple fronts. Firstly, upon arrival, I realized that there were no towels provided in the room. I had to call the front desk multiple times before anyone responded, and even then, it took forever for them to bring up a single towel. This lack of attention to detail was a huge letdown, as towels should be a basic amenity that every guest can expect. Another major issue was the floor in the room—it was unbelievably cold. There wasn’t any carpeting or rugs to make it comfortable, and stepping on that freezing floor made the entire stay very uncomfortable, especially at night. I couldn’t walk around the room barefoot, which is not something you expect when staying at a hotel. Lastly, the service was painfully slow. Every time I requested something, it took ages for them to respond, whether it was for a towel, an extra pillow, or just a simple question. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. There are plenty of other hotels out there that actually value their guests and provide basic amenities without making you wait. This hotel, unfortunately, falls short on both service and comfort, and it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were no towels in the room, and despite asking multiple times, it took a lot of effort just to get them replaced. Even worse, there was a cockroach in the room, which was unacceptable. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was extremely hot. I couldn’t even stay the full two nights I had booked because they couldn’t fix the AC in time. They kept switching my room or promising to send someone to repair it, but nothing happened until I started following up with them every 30 minutes. It took them days to resolve a basic issue. Overall, the service was unresponsive, and the conditions were poor. I would not recommend staying here.

overall had a positive experience. The view was impressive, and the service was professionally handled. The hotel's serene atmosphere made for a quiet and relaxing stay, contrary to some concerns I had read in reviews. While the rooms were satisfactory, there is room for improvement. They were fine but could benefit from enhancements to elevate the overall guest experience. Despite this, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it based on my positive encounters. In my experience, there were no issues contrary to some negative reviews.

The hotel in general looks nice. But I don't think it's really a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is pretty poor. Not much to eat there. Table cloths are really dirty. Some food was just really cold. And when we were done with the breakfast, the staff offered us an omelette... It happened twice. Why not to offer before we start eating? Not all the staff speak or understand English. I had to hide my towels from the housekeeping because they were taking it and never putting any new towels. I had to ask for it every day, but eventually I just hide it. I also did ask to bring a plate and cutlery to me as I wanted to have some take away food but they never brought it. I had to eat with the fingers. The staff were nice but they are a little unknowledgeable. When I brought food to the mini fridge in the room, the next day I found cockroaches there.. and then I saw it on the wall too. The swimming pool is not really clean either. When we arrived we did get the zero alcohol beers in the bar and we actually drunk all of it in 2 days and hotel never stocked up for more.. The hotel is not bad, but it's not 4 stars. They need to improve many things in there and do some maintenance. I had to change the room because the window wasnt closing. In the 2nd room the toilet flash wasn't working properly. I wanted to put 2 Stars but I will put 3 just because the staff was nice at the reception.

This can’t be a 4/5 star hotel. Should’ve be max 3. Let’s start with the good points: Rooms are big enough, and has a really beautiful view and balcony. Breakfast was amazing, really delicious food. Bad points: AC doesn’t work WiFi wasn’t working from our room Customer service is really bad. Our sink wasn’t working when we arrived, we needed a technician to fix. (He did fix) Showers suddenly keep turning cold and burning hot while taking shower. Spa was closed (they said is under construction) The water warmer of our room was broke.
