First Suites Hotel

This hotel was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The couch had minimal stains on it, but nothing I felt uncomfortable with. The fridge had a freezer with an ice tray!!!! I was so happy. I do wish there was a TV in the bedroom though and not just the living room. The glass door on the shower also does not open all the way because the metal shelf where the towels are is in the way, so I was nervous I would break it. Was it my absolute favorite, no. Was it nice? Clean? Beautiful? Yes. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Clean and spacious rooms. The view was a bit lacking, but it is well located. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating, however some of the other staff members were slightly rude. There is only one small elevator you have to share constantly with people coming to sit in the rooftop coffee shop. I also thought it was a bit overpriced, since it is a very basic hotel.

On booking I reserved the hotel for 72 € per night, 3 rooms for 3 people so that's 216 €. But at the reception they charged me € 312. I show them the reservation and they tould me, we gave you a junior suite. That's not my problem! I have reserved 3 normal rooms, but they say we don't have any more rooms! is that my problem? and they are still discussing with me and say we have problems with booking! All they problems are not mine - they try to drive you crazy. then the television does not work in the room! very bad service - looked at the wall all evening, I'll never come back! I didn't get the difference from the rooms back either!

Business area, clean rooms but unfortunately breakfast is not included

Okay, the room is clean and the staff is attentive. For four people, book two rooms as the sofa bed isn't comfortable. Furthermore, I definitely don't recommend the breakfast; the service is very slow, it's expensive, and the selection is incomplete.

Bathroom smells, sadly not good quality for the price. Can hear the noise from other rooms as well. The staffs were nice tho

The hotel doesn't match the photos. The reception was appalling. The room was filthy. There was a serious lack of maintenance and a leaking toilet. Over three days, I had to ask for towels repeatedly. The staff were untrained and insulting. Avoid this place at all costs, and I advise you not to set foot in it. The breakfast is overpriced and not always complete!

We had booked a room with a balcony, but they gave us a larger one without. There were three of us, so we each had a bed. They didn't tell us this beforehand. The hotel is brand new, so everything is very new. It's quite centrally located, just an 8-minute taxi ride from the Medina and the city center. Recommended for European travelers.
