This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience at this bakery. Today, around 2:30 p.m., I stood at the counter waiting to be served, but no one paid me any attention. Even after asking for help, the staff didn't seem interested in serving me. Being ignored like this is frustrating and completely unprofessional. It's all the more regrettable because many people would love to have a job and would be happy to work diligently and serve customers respectfully.

Honestly, for Marrakech it's okay, I'd give it a 7/10 because there's a lack of butter in the pastries, certainly replaced with margarine! This kind of cost-cutting directly impacts the taste and texture, and Honey Bread has dropped to the level of just another ordinary bakery.
