It was excellent. Absolutely no complaints! Nassima is passionate about sharing her love of cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed participating in her cooking session and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Marrakech. Go for it without hesitation!

This was my second (or maybe third!) workshop with Nassima, and once again it was such a lovely experience. The recipes were delicious and easy to follow, and I loved that we could adjust them to suit our own taste. The cheesecake — with lime and mango on a raw gluten-free crust — was definitely my favourite, so fresh and full of flavour. Nassima has such a warm, welcoming way of guiding everyone, and the atmosphere at Joy Studio is always relaxed and friendly. I’d highly recommend attending one of her workshops if you get the chance… oh and her music selection is second to none! Really sets the vibe! I’m gonna need that playlist on my phone 😅
