I really wish I could give Zine Event 5 stars, as the service initially seemed very promising. Hayat’s communication was excellent—she responded to all my questions clearly and professionally during the planning stage. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding, the most important aspect—the food—did not meet expectations at all. The dishes were not delicious, and many of my guests were disappointed. Given the high prices, you expect exceptional quality, but that was not the case. The chicken pastilla had very little chicken, the fish pastilla lacked flavor, and both were quite small in portion. The tangia was far from authentic and wasn’t delicious. In short: no authenticity and no real flavor. The starters were appreciated by guests, but the sweets were very basic and presented in simple platters that did not match the level expected for a traditional authentic wedding. On a positive note, the table decorations were exactly as requested and beautifully done. However, there were also serious attention-to-detail issues. My husband’s name was written incorrectly on our wedding cake, which is a major and unacceptable mistake for such an important event. We are left with mistakes in our wedding video. When it comes to a wedding, the food is one of the most important elements—and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. Even six months later, it remains the low point of my wedding and something guests still mention. Overall, if you are looking for authentic full of flavour cuisine, this is not the right choice.

Hayat is extremely well organized and very friendly. Her warmth definitely eases out any stress one may encounter! Not to mention the top notch quality of EVERYTHING! Food decoration you name it… Her attention to details is on point. She managed to put together my event despite a very challenging deadline. Definitely recommend… simply amazing ❤️
