Villa Boujouf

My fourth stay at Villa Boujouf 🥰 The house is simply magnificent, and what can I say about the warm welcome and kindness of the hosts! At Boujouf, everything is done to ensure your stay is perfect! Mohamed's cooking is delicious, featuring fresh, healthy ingredients. Tajine, couscous, grilled fish, camel ribs… always accompanied by delicious, perfectly crisp steamed vegetables… every meal is a delight! The breakfast is incredible, especially the lemon zest crepes… The rooms are very spacious, impeccably clean, and the bathrooms are beautiful! And then there's the highlight of the stay… the visit to the cheese factory specializing in camel milk products, unique in Morocco!! Don't miss the tasting, as your taste buds will tingle with delight 😋 There's so much more to say, but the best way to experience this paradise in a magnificent palm grove is to stay there yourself!

After a sublime day in Amtoudi, we not only discovered the rich local history—architecture, pottery, agricultural techniques, engravings—but also enjoyed the beauty and tranquility of its valley. Even the most optimistic among us couldn't have hoped that this happiness would extend into the evening when we decided, quite by chance, to spend the night at Villa Boujouf. The place is magical, and the owner is even more so. He was kind enough to show us the process of making his exclusive camel cheese. The room is spacious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the camel meat tagine is a delight. 10/10

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in this lovely guesthouse. We had interesting conversations with François and other guests and learned a lot. The house, the food, the garden, and the large palm grove all contributed to a relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent place. Quiet and relaxing. Delicious home-style cooking. Thank you to François and Mohammed for their warm welcome. I highly recommend it.
