I was very disappointed with my experience. I called an hour beforehand to make an appointment and was given a slot. But once I arrived, one of the hairdressers, who had gray hair, behaved very disrespectfully: she ran away from the counter, muttering, when she saw my daughter's 4C hair. So I left immediately.

Amina is very welcoming and attentive, taking meticulous care of each strand with expertise and natural kindness. However, there is one small drawback: the comfort level upstairs needs improvement, particularly regarding ventilation, air conditioning, and hygiene. I'm not lowering my rating, but I'm mentioning it so I can return often.
