I highly recommend Zen Mahaj salon in Rabat! The entire team is very professional, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease. The hairdresser who took care of me did an exceptional job. He spent several hours on my hair with great patience, precision, and focus. He did everything he could to ensure I got exactly the result I wanted, taking the necessary time without ever rushing his work. The result is simply magnificent! I would also like to extend a special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind. She took the time to take all the photos and videos I requested, always with a smile and great care. It's these little touches that make all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, your warm welcome, and the quality of your work. Excellent service, high-quality work, I highly recommend it

I went to this hair salon in Rabat with great enthusiasm, but the experience was very disappointing. I showed the hairdresser several times a photo of the cut and color I wanted, clearly explaining what I was looking for. Despite this, he did something completely different. The result was very poor: neither the cut nor the color resembled what I had asked for. I felt like I wasn't being listened to at any point. Although he was friendly, he didn't know how to do his job properly. The price was also very high (1500 MAD for a cut and color), and when I asked him to do what I had requested, he assured me that I would like the result, which was absolutely not the case. Before leaving, at reception, I was asked if I was satisfied. I honestly answered no, but nothing was done to resolve the situation or offer an alternative. The only positive aspect of the experience was the manicure and pedicure done by Marwa, a very pleasant and professional young woman who listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. I left the salon very upset; instead of feeling good, I left in tears.
