I am very disappointed with this pharmacy. On several occasions, I was told that the payment terminal (POS) was not working, without any solution being offered. In this day and age, systematically refusing card payments under the pretext of a malfunction is difficult to understand, especially for an essential service like a pharmacy. Customers should be able to pay for their purchases using the advertised payment methods, without being forced to search for cash. I hope this situation will be resolved quickly in order to improve customer service.
