I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager of this pharmacy. I went to see him three days ago to ask if there was an anxiolytic that could replace Nordaz, which was out of stock. He replied in the affirmative: it was Stilnox 10 mg. I contacted my doctor, who is also a friend, and he prescribed Stilnox 10 mg. Once at the pharmacy, the manager asked me to come back at 4:00 PM to pick it up. I went before then, and to my great surprise, I caught him on the phone with my doctor. The doctor was taken aback by the call from a stranger who, instead of saying, "This is Pharmacist X, I have a prescription from one of your patients," asked him, "Is your practice still open?" “My doctor thought it was a joke and replied, ‘واش تاتريكَل عليا? Yes, I closed my practice.’ I didn’t appreciate this behavior from the manager, as he had no right to do so. Especially since I am an elderly man (I am 71 years old) and a retired university professor. Would I resort to fraud to obtain medication that my anxiety necessitates, when any doctor can legally prescribe it? Note 1: The doctor who prescribed this medication is a surgeon at the El Amal Clinic. He operated on my gallbladder. He is still practicing, and even very active, at the clinic. Note 2: This manager has the arrogant attitude of a businessman; he gets upset when someone criticizes him or reproaches him for something.”

The pharmacy provides excellent service and doesn't mislead you by misleading you about which medications are more widely available than others. Thank you for your good work.
