Patisserie Symphonie

Nice place in the middle of M Avenue, closing late around 1 am ,we were there around 10 pm but unfortunately for the menu of pastries not much left about 6 pièces to choose from which 3 are the same ,the drinks were fine ,the service took a bit longer, we did order 2 banana crêpes which they need to be made as they're freshly made and one of the pastrie ,the waiter was polite ,the atmosphere is ok with old French music some of Charles Aznavour beautiful songs ,but the place need Vibes and more choices for customers to choose from as it's a summer holiday lots of tourists around and specially closing time is 1 am ,so I give it 4 stars not to be harsh (with 3 stars ),so just a little bit of effort guys 👍

They need better training. I asked if they do breakfast or brunch at 3pm, they said no but they had avocado/egg on toast and salmon on toast and available. Service is uninviting. But the food tasted decent, coffee was good. Probably won't go again as it's pricey and very very slow.

The coffee is very ordinary, but the sweets are special, especially the pistachio one.

Extremely disappointed by the service. Such an attitude is simply unacceptable in an establishment located on M Avenue in Marrakech, a place where one has the right to expect professional, courteous, and respectful service. I was waiting in line at the register. There were only a few pastries left in the display case. A customer, who was standing right behind me, called out to the cashier and asked her to set aside the last few pastries for her. Without any hesitation, the cashier agreed. I then calmly asked her: "How does your shop operate? Is there a queue? This customer was behind me, and yet you reserved the pastries for her." Her response: "Here, there's no queue. I serve the first person who speaks to me." I replied: "So, if I understand correctly, the queue is pointless?" Response: "I don't know." " Beyond this completely incoherent organization, it's the cashier's behavior that is truly shocking: cold, unpleasant, haughty, and incapable of responding with even a modicum of respect or professionalism. If your establishment doesn't want to respect a queue, make that clear. However, making customers wait only to serve someone who arrived after them is a blatant lack of respect. It's truly regrettable to invest in such a beautiful shop, offer quality products, and then allow the customer experience to be ruined by someone whose attitude simply makes you never want to return. I'm a foreign visitor, and I left with a profound sense of injustice. I obviously can't say for sure that it was intentional, but that's the feeling this situation left me with. I sincerely hope that the manager will take the time to read this review and take the necessary steps. A business of this caliber deserves a welcome that matches the quality of its products." Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case today.

Great location, clean and very modern. Reason for 1 star because they refused card payment, the waiter said the owner only wants cash with no exceptions which I found difficult believe. Made me go to ATM machine to withdraw money at sky high fee. I think this is unacceptable at M avenue, they should write on a hand written notice board that it’s cash only.
