Positive: Located in the center of Nador. Everything else was unfortunately negative. The rooms weren't very clean, there was a lot of hair on the bed, the air conditioning didn't work, and when I mentioned this to the staff, I received an outrageous response that it wasn't a luxury hotel but a basic one. But shouldn't even a basic hotel have clean linens? And if a hotel advertises rooms with air conditioning, and the customer pays for it, then the customer should be entitled to expect that these things to work.

The receptionist (Abdelaaziz) is unprofessional, and the welcome is terrible (he's a bit rude to the customers). He asked me an exorbitant price because he was expecting a group of travelers!!! Indeed, I'm familiar with the prices at this hotel. You have to be careful with this agent, who started blackmailing me. The other receptionists, on the other hand, are friendly and professional...

Clean hotel. Good location. Welcoming and smiling staff, both in the restaurant and at reception. Mr. Saleh at reception is helpful and strives to satisfy hotel guests. Best of luck.
