Mercure Rif Nador Hotel

Nobody carried our luggage, only one lift of two working, took us some time to get the Wifi password, phone not working for 2424 or reception calls, had to pay 150DHM per night extra for the dog, but got dogs place second day. Table kicker at the pool not working. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The appartement was mew but very bad quality build, not clean all build dusty around and the shower not functioning. The acces were available only from the carpark, which is very unsecure for kids as the cars in and out all the time. The breakfast was good 👍 and the staff was helpful.

First time visiting Morocco and throughout the country had exceptional.service however this hotel is a complete disappointment when it comes to.customer service. I arrived after a 12.hour.journey and requested.to.be accommodated 3.hrs prior and was denied and said if.i.pay another 500MAD they could make one available. Cheap tactics ,def not staying again

It was a great experience in Nador and I was happy to find this wonderful hotel, I really liked your services and at this moment I will say a big thank you to the receptionist who helped me find a lot of solutions

Very expensive and not clean what a contradiction !!!! The reception has a good presentation but the room is a lot of humidity and old .....little suggested because of a panoramic view but the restoration is bed

I had an interesting stay here to say the least. The first day at check in I was offered conflicting information, the lady at the reception told me that I was unable to check in until 3pm that day, however, on the sign above her it was clearly written that check in was at 2pm. When i was given my apartment it was not throughly cleaned. Dust filled the air and the TV was barely functioning as the only channels available were in german. The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful and the restaurant seemed clean until I saw a roach making its way towards the kitchen. But that’s not the only place we found roaches. They were EVERYWHERE. Each morning of my 8 day stay we had to walk from building to building just to reach the lobby and breakfast area where we were met with a horrible smell coming from the bathrooms. The cleaning service did not come after the first night and we needed more toilet paper. When we called the lobby in the afternoon to let them know, they didn’t send someone until 12AM, a good 6 hours later. When the day of checkout finally came, I woke up to a huge roach in our sink swimming around. When I showed those at reception, I was dismissed and no compensation was offered whatsoever. This is extremely disappointing and the customer service could’ve been 10x better for a “4-Star” hotel. Please avoid this hotel at all costs, it was not worth the thousands of dollars spent ‼️‼️‼️

The hotel is quite and good. The room was ok with a very great view but it could be better (maintenance issues) I took breakfast there. The price is expensive based on the quality of the breakfast. The staff in general are very professional and amazing

The baddest hotel Ive ever seen in my life! No service, no manners!!! Nothing at all. They overbook the hotel and if u arrive as a guest (with a reservation) theyll tell u that the hotel is “accidentally” overbooked by a “mistake” in the system! Its a big big big shame! We came all the way from Tanger after a 7-hours, booked our hotel perfectly in advance and when we arrived they literally told us “sorry we cant give u a room anymore, it’s a mistake in the system” worst thing of all, everything was fully booked in Nador! We didnt had a place to sleep because of these miserable mistakes. Wouldnt recommend this at all, unless u want to stay without a hotel in Nador.
