I booked and paid for a room in advance during the day. I received the key (card). When I arrived late at night, to my great surprise, people were already there who had booked the room two days prior. They had no rooms available. The employee who had handled my reservation was no longer there. After a two-hour wait, they tried to find us a room in another hotel. A taxi arrived 30 minutes later. The driver admitted he didn't know where he was supposed to go and was waiting for a phone call. I told him to turn around and go back to the hotel and demanded a refund.

Adnan and Fouad were excellent, well-mannered, and provided perfect service. However, there is a person named Youssef who is rude and doesn't know how to communicate with customers.

Reception without a qualified employee at the reception desk, his job description, Youssef, contemptuous treatment, delay in answering the phone, and the towels are dirty.
