The front desk staff are not friendly. They only provide bottled water on the first day but not on the remaining days of the stay

Stayed here as part of our tour of Morocco. The rooms were lovely! Very clean and spacious. The AC, once we figured out the remote, kicks in quickly! The water pressure in the shower is great. And the beds are comfy! While we could use more counter space for make up, they did provide a large mirror you can sit in front of in the bedroom. The service is fantastic. They are very patient and accommodating. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. And the tea service is a must. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Mosque. Overall, I recommend this place!

The hotel was located right by the mosque which was very convenient and close to the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was also great and they were flexible with the timing. Overall we felt that this hotel was very reasonably priced, good service, and good location, and would recommend it to all!

The staff here was really nice, the room was great, and the patio view was amazing!

Right next door to the Hassan Mosque. Rooms are very modern and updated. Resturant is awesome.

You can't beat the location of a hotel immediately across from the world famous Hassan II Mosque! Rooms were very comfortable and had nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Countless restaurants at all levels of service nearby.

Really good location right next to the Hassan II Mosque. The rooms were super spacious. The views were amazing. We stayed twice during our trip to Morocco. Both times on the 7th floor. I'm not sure what happened when they renovated the bathrooms but the first room we had was great but smelled very strong like mildew. The bathroom was practically unusable. The shower leaked into the bathroom which leaked into the bedroom and the first shower we took left standing puddles everywhere. We didn't want to use the bathroom after that. The second room we had also leaked everywhere but we mopped it up after showers and could use the bathroom. The room was clean and the linens were perfect. The terrace was incredible. Walking distance to cafe's and stores, etc. Parking was heaven and the staff were very pleasant. There was a safe in the room and laundry service at great prices.

When we arrived early in the morning, very tired from overnight travel the front desk lady was super accommodating and allowed us the early check-in. Super thankful for that. Lovely gentleman with glasses on was sipping mint tea and was very kind to make us a cup. Also, we received a room with partial view of the ocean and the Hassan II Mosque. It was a treat to hear the prayers. Letting the guests know that they need to pay visitor tax of 3MAD per person either in advance or at the moment of handing the key cards would be lovely instead of raising the voice after us as if we were about to run off without paying... Otherwise, thank you for smooth sailing😁
