Very disappointed, I ordered an amber one that didn't meet my expectations.

I recommend them for coloring but I don't recommend them for cutting; it took an hour to cut my hair with a disappointing result, especially the fringe, which I asked to be at a certain length but ended up shorter than I wanted!

Great advice on color and care resulted in a beautiful ombré that I got done a few months ago. The result is getting better with time, and most importantly, my hair wasn't damaged by the coloring. I'll definitely be back.
