Overall, a disappointing experience. The staff lacked professionalism and were not particularly welcoming. The service did not meet the expected standard for a spa, and the value for money was disappointing. I do not recommend it.

A friend of mine took me to the hammam for the first time, and I had an amazing experience. My body feels so clean and as soft as a baby’s skin. I also had a lovely conversation with Jennifer.
