A disastrous experience, it was my first and last time! The welcome and organization were terrible, especially from the woman in charge of the spa. I'd barely arrived, after undressing, when she came to ask me which package I'd chosen! Normally, the hammam should be ready upon arrival; you don't leave a client waiting while preparations are made. Furthermore, the protocol wasn't followed: the foot scrub was completely skipped, even though it was included in the service. I wasn't even served the promised bottle of water with dates and dried fruit. My advice: try going there in simple or veiled clothing, and only speak Arabic without using French; you'll see for yourselves the lack of respect and the snobbishness. This establishment respects neither its commitments nor its customers. The only positive point, to be fair, was the only professional and very kind person there: the woman in charge of hairdressing.

On a friend's recommendation, I went there. Samia is excellent, very meticulous with her manicures and spa pedicures. The place is clean and welcoming, and she's friendly and professional! I'll be back!

Absolutely perfect! An incredible experience from start to finish. The team is fantastic, professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere is truly soothing. Special mention to the woman at the hammam, absolutely amazing, and to the massage therapist, simply magnificent: she massages so well that she transported me; I wish it could have lasted even longer. A pure moment of relaxation and well-being in Casablanca. I recommend it 100%.
