Les Gourmandises

The young woman who took my order was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the delivery (handled by a driver of their choosing) was botched, and the cakes arrived in a terrible state. Although I was offered an exchange, my lack of time with my guests and the need to find another driver myself made it impossible. It's a real shame, as I paid for a service that was completely inadequate.

I tried the chocolate and mango trompe-l'œil pastries. I used to be a loyal customer of this pastry shop, and for every event I organized, I bought from them. But now they've become very expensive, and the quality isn't what it used to be. The saleswoman told me they were delicious and recommended they. When I tasted them, I found them ordinary, too sweet, and excessively expensive. Frankly, I was really disappointed.
