ibis Casablanca City Center

Air con was not working made it teally uncomfortable, hair dryer had a mind of its own just kept coming of all by itself ,reported these issues to reception but nothing wad done

Room was not very clean and the bed was literally broken (you would sink if you set). They took long time to change the room. Breakfast is horrible

I stayed at the Ibis Casa Voyageurs only for a single night. It is very close to the Casa Port Railway Station, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by foot. The receptionist was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the upper floor, which was accessible by an elevator. The room seemed modern, clean and had sufficient space. It was equipped with a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available. Breakfast was served on the ground floor. It was a buffet, with a variety of good items.

Great service! The employees were very welcoming, especially the lady responsible for the restaurant in the morning. She took her time to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The guy at the front desk even allowed me to check- in earlier than I was supposed to. Even though it is not the most luxurious hotel, It is very clean and modern. This place has probably one of the best value for your money.

we booked this Ibis hotel when we were visiting friends and family, the hotel is in an amazing location right next to the train station. I thought the station may keep up awake with the noise, but there was no issue at all. The hotel is nice and new, the breakfast selection is great and all fresh, the ladies in the kitchen were cooking fresh Moroccan pancakes and pastries. These made my morning, the staff were always polite and friendly and never seems any hassles when asking a question. When we travel back to Casablanca we will definitely be staying here! thank you for looking after us and see you soon!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. If you have a downtime in your system and you work manual - workout a plan on advance in order to make your life easy and do not give rooms to guest without checking just randomly- you should inform the guests. Beside my request of a quite room has been ignored totally, the room was dirty, full of smoke. Receptionist super unfriendly, don’t know what they are doing. Gave me another room, where also the pillows were dirty. But whatever it was night time already. DND sign ignored on three occasions totally. Housekeeping entered asking me when i check out while I communicated that I had a connecting booking upon check in. FO again unable to provide service and simple extend length of stay. Reception didn’t ask me either to return the old keys, I could have stayed in both rooms if I was not understanding the business. Next day, breakfast totally unsatisfying. Booked rate with bf the first night, was charged by another receptionist and had to send my confi letter. Again, reception completely overwhelmed, not knowing what to do. Came back from outside, keys didn’t work 3 times, had to run down, technician came, turns out receptionist didn’t encode the cards correctly. Very low level of hospitality. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Will never visit again. It was cheap as I had special rate however not even worth that amount.

We planned to say two nights but we only stayed one because rooms were too warm and when we opened windows, the construction noise was too loud. Also, allowing smoking at the bar is not good. We could not breath fresh air. I cannot believe you allow people to smoke indoors. It is so bad for everyone's health. The front desk customer service was excellent and the baggage carriers were outstanding.

Front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Rudely denied any help with the luggage. Talked in a very rude tone saying no one can help in transporting the luggage and I should do it myself. Very rude during the checkin process aa well. Just kept the keycards on the desk without handing me over or explaining how to reach my room and started to stare at me. Not recommended
